Taxonomy and Species Gallery of Coastal Metchosin

CURRENTLY WORKING ON THIS PAGE

In recognition of the value of the Biodiversity and “Natural Capital” of our shorelines, I decided to start a Taxonomy for Coastal Metchosin. in  May 2013 I received some good images of coastal species  from investigators in the Metchosin Bioblitz.   As we receive photos of plants and animals from our shoreline, I will add them as an individual post linked to this list, I welcome contributions from anyone with images from our coastal area.  When possible I will include dates of observations, ecological interactions and locations . This page will be an Index that will link to all posts detailing species.
